Tatiana Russell | Sr. Commercial Leasing Manager

Tatiana is excited to join the Public Storage Commercial Real Estate team as Sr. Commercial Leasing Manager. She is a passionate commercial real estate professional with expertise in industrial, flex, office and retail leasing.

Tatiana is based in Northern Virginia. In her free time she enjoys travelling, fitness, cooking and spending time with her family.

Brintney Graves | Sr. Commercial Property Manager

Brintney joined Public Storage as a Sr. Property Manager for the Washington, DC Region in October 2024.

Brintney has over 12 years of industry experience to include office and retail portfolios.

She has an MBA in Business Administration and a true passion for Commercial Real Estate. Brintney is based in our Springfield, VA office.

Clark Pickford | Commercial Leasing Asset Manager

Clark joined Public Storage as an Asset Manager for the commercial real estate division in 2023. With almost 10 years of experience in all aspects of property management he has a proven track record of success in all areas of customer service and operational efficiencies.

He brings a wealth of knowledge to a very seasoned team and will continue to be an integral part of our company’s continued success.

Clark resides in southern California and enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, and spending time near the beach with his daughter.

Christen McGowan | Senior Asset Manager

Christen joined Public Storage as a Senior Asset Manager in August of 2022. She is responsible for the management of the commercial properties.

Christen is an effective and versatile real estate professional with experience spanning all asset, property, leasing, and construction management functions. She has a proven track record of success across office, industrial, flex and retail portfolios. Christen resides in Southern CA.

Lynn Quillin | Commercial Leasing Manager (West)

Lynn Quillin is a commercial property leasing professional with over 15 years of experience working in the real estate industry leasing retail, office and industrial properties. She has recently joined the Public Storage Commercial Real Estate team as Commercial Leasing Manager and is responsible for leasing the CA, OR, WA and UT portfolio.

Her hobbies include hiking, skiing, cooking, reading, travel and volunteer work with a local food pantry. She is married with 2 kids and resides in the Los Angeles area. Lynn is a graduate of UCLA.

Candess Wing | Sr. Director of Commercial Properties and Billboards

Candess Wing joined Public Storage as Regional Leasing Manager of the East Region in January, 2011. She is responsible for the leasing and management efforts of over one hundred properties consisting of over 900,000 square feet of office, retail, land, and industrial product. She is hands-on and detailed oriented. Responsibilities include: overseeing all new and existing leases, and assisting with asset management and development relative to commercial properties and billboards.

Candess has lived in Atlanta, GA since 2003 and takes pride in making each leasing transaction with Public Storage a gratifying experience that leads to a long term landlord and tenant relationship.

Charles Christensen | Vice President of Commercial Properties, Billboards and Cell

Charles joined Public Storage as the Director of Commercial Properties in October of 2013. He is responsible for the leasing and management of over one hundred commercial properties in addition to management oversight of 15 additional assets managed by Public Storage Business Parks. Additional Responsibilities include management of the cellular and billboard business.

Charles is an experienced leasing and management professional that enjoys dealing with all types of businesses and business owners. He works out of the Glendale corporate offices of Public Storage and is a California native.
